Dear Clients and Friends:

Please go to the following link https://drive.google.com/file/d/1VQQPELoVcvUKjupTv9ISMZeezzxOcNrK/view?usp=sharing to view the document issued by the Federal Department of Labor (STPS) in connection with the inspection visits they will be conducting to verify compliance with the measures issued by the General Health Council as published in the Mexican Federal official Gazette on March 30, 2020.

It is important that you start working on the information that will be requested, in the event you plan to continue operations.

As you will see in the document, it provides that if found to be a non-essential operation, the inspecting authority will require from the employer or its legal representative the immediate suspension of the activities.

Failure to comply with the above will result on notice by the inspector to the local federal representation office of the department of labor so that it may file the corresponding criminal complaint before the Federal District Attorney.

An English translation is being prepared and will be circulated soon.

If you have any questions or comments with respect to the above, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Sincerely,
Ernesto Velarde Danache, Inc.
