Dear Clients and Friends: Please be advised that the Decree establishing the technical guidelines related to the activities described in subsections c) and e) of section II of Article First of the Decree establishing extraordinary actions to deal with the health emergency caused by the SARS-CoV2 virus, published March 31, 2020, was published this afternoon, April the 6th of 2020, whereby those companies which the suspension activities may have an irreversible effect on their operations, are defined as the following: Steel, cement and glass production companies, as well as information technology services that guarantee the continuity of data systems in the public, private and social sectors, courier companies and companies necessary for the conservation, maintenance and repair of the critical infrastructure that ensures the production and distribution of essential services.
The steel, cement and glass production companies will maintain a minimum activity that avoids irreversible effects in their operation as well as the coal mines will also maintain a minimum activity that satisfies the demand of the Federal Power Commission.
